THE BOLAR SCORE
The Bolar Score is here to revolutionize renting for all users. Rather than the traditional background check, The Bolar score averages various factors of a Tenant’s overall renting history with their landlords and use on the Bolar App.
One Score
A Bolar Score ranges between 1 - 100. A high score is indicative of positive tenant history, and a low score is indicative of negative tenant history.

As a Landlord, Bolar is here to make your life easier. Once you create an account and get verified, you can request Tenant Score Reports and begin to find possible new Tenants. Adding/removing prospective Tenants, filing incident forms, or submitting late payments reports can all be done at the click of a button! If a prospective Tenant is not apart of the Bolar family, each property will have a referral code which you can send to a Tenant to sign up with Bolar.
Viewing score history
Bolar aims to make life easier for both Landlords and Tenants. As a tenant, you will always have easy access to your history of Bolar Score Reports. Score Factors are broken down by each category for Tenants, to ensure that you receive a full breakdown of your score. Along with our website, Bolar will be available on iOS and Android to ensure wherever you are, Bolar is only a click away!
Obtaining score reports
Bolar Tenants who receive a referral code from a Landlord will complete a short and easy application that will have their Bolar score sent immediately to the Landlord. Along with the application, identity and income verification documents will also be sent. For each application sent, Tenants will pay a one-time $25 application fee. With Bolar, Landlords receive 90% commission on each application sent with their properties.
