  • Each factor is weighted with a certain score which added up will amount to a Tenant’s score out of 100

  • Our tri-monthly report details every score received per factor to ensure Users can fully understand what their score is comprised of

  • The BOLAR Score Report will allow more opportunities for Prospective Tenants to find new homes and Landlords to understand who their Prospective New Tenant is
