As a landlord, what purpose does Bolar serve for me?

In a world of hectic rental applications, unreliable tenants, and complicated platforms, Bolar is a landlord’s best friend. With a user-friendly portal, extensive score reports, and efficient tenant navigation, Bolar has it all.

How do I use Bolar?

Once you sign up for Bolar, you can add and manage multiple properties in your portal. We have an extensive verification process involving both you and the tenant. After your properties are verified through the county database, you’ll be able to send a personalized referral code to prospective tenants, allowing them to begin their verification process, consisting of the following steps:

• The prospective tenant will receive an email with your referral code and a link to sign up.

• In the application, the prospective tenant will have to verify their phone number and driver’s license. For additional security, they will also have to upload a picture of their income.

• The prospective tenant will pay a $150 application fee and be able to submit the application.

Throughout the process, you will be able to check the status of the tenants’ application on your portal. Once the tenant has submitted the application, you will be able to view their most recently generated score report, and decide whether or not to add them as a tenant for your property.
